Polar Caves sits along the southeast border of the White Mountain National Forest, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and wooded areas of the Granite State. Our wooden walkways allow you to experience the sheer cliff sides and landscape of Polar Caves, providing views of the caves, park features, and the horizon found nowhere else.

Meander into the Maple Lodge & Sugaring Exhibit for a treat, or take a rest at our picnic area, gazebos or benches and enjoy a snack outdoors. 

Rocky Ridge Way is how visitors access Polar Caves’ climbing experience, known round these parts as The Glacial Wall, one of our premier family attractions.
